Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

The Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development in education, rural livelihood, and environmental conservation, is seeking a passionate and driven CSR Manager to contribute significantly to advancing its mission. As the CSR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies aimed at supporting the organization's flagship programs - Abhishala, SYLIFE, and Pragati through Prakriti. Your duties will include leading resource mobilization efforts, engaging with donors including individual contributors, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate partners, and foundations, and cultivating lasting relationships to secure funding and sponsorships. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering partnerships with various stakeholders, creating compelling fundraising proposals and grant applications, managing fundraising campaigns, and providing regular updates on fundraising activities to senior management. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered advantageous. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or a similar field, particularly within the non-profit sector, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of effectively securing funding from donors, HNIs, and corporate partners, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and inspire potential supporters. Extensive travel will be part of this role, as you will be required to engage with stakeholders through various events, conferences, and meetings to represent the organization and expand its network of supporters.
