Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager located in Kanchipuram. The CSR Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating CSR initiatives aligned with Hand in Hand India's mission. Daily tasks will include developing and managing CSR projects, engaging with stakeholders, fostering employee engagement in CSR activities, and collaborating with governmental and community organizations. The role requires close monitoring of project progress, reporting outcomes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement skills
• Excellent Project Management and Analytical Skills skills
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government, NGO, and community stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in rural development or social work is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and lead projects
