Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Trainer located in Siliguri, West Bengal. The Regional Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and providing support to community development projects. Additionally, the Regional Trainer will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure effective training outcomes. Qualifications Training Program Development, Workshop Facilitation, and Training Evaluation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Provide Training to our Employees, who are working in Belstar Microfinance. Traveling will be across the West Bengal. Experience in the micro finance sector & Training / HR will preferred. Bachelor's / Master degree Fluency in English and local languages or regional dialects is a plus. Freshers who has completed "MBA-HR" also can apply.
