Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Training Manager located in Bengaluru. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Daily tasks include designing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing continuous support to trainees. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and improve employee performance.

• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Employee Performance Assessment and Continuous Support
• Collaboration with Various Departments to Identify Training Needs
• Proven Track Record in a Training Manager Role or Similar Position
• Ability to Work On-Site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Insurance Industry is a Plus
