Regional Training Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Trainer, your primary responsibility is to identify key areas for training requirements, collaborate with IECED in Bengaluru for content finalization, and implement various training modules within the region. You will also be tasked with setting goals, providing recommendations for continuous improvement, and fostering innovation among the regional staff. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively train the target audience as per agreed upon standards - Maintain data on the progress of each participant - Bring innovation in training delivery methods - Participate in team meetings of IECED and the region - Substitute for any other trainer if needed - Make recommendations for creating and designing need-based modules - Support training initiatives of IECED for high-quality content delivery in the region Content Development: - Support in content development for old and new projects - Ensure timely content development as per the agreed plan - Track and modify content as needed, maintaining a database of all training-related plans - Actively participate in the planning and content development phase of every training module - Stay updated on industry growth and content creation trends Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of basics of KLAY functioning and Early Childhood Education Industry - Proficiency in internet and computer skills, including word processing, Excel sheets, online surveys, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems - Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written - Analytical, goal-oriented, and decision-making skills - Effective interpersonal skills with a passion to make a difference - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Patience and effective listening skills - Commitment to quality and integrity - Creativity and innovation mindset Additional Details: Working Conditions: - Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Location: As per regional requirements, with work timings and space determined by on-ground training needs and travel requirements Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person,
