Job Description Position: Content Writer Location: Bangalore(Hoodi) Number of Years of Experience: 3 – 4 + Years Job Summary: We’re looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter to join the marketing team at KLAY. If you have a flair for writing punchy, scroll-stopping copy for social media, ads, and digital campaigns — this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand voice across channels, from crafting catchy headlines and snappy captions to scripting short-form videos and adapting content for marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: · Write crisp, engaging, and high-impact copy for ad campaigns, social media, and marketing promotions. · Adapt existing content templates and messaging to fit campaign-specific goals and platforms. · Craft short, compelling scripts for videos, reels, and other digital content formats. · Collaborate with design, video, and strategy teams to bring campaign ideas to life. · Ghost-write articles and thought leadership pieces in collaboration with in-house experts. · Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and consistency with the KLAY brand. · Stay updated on content trends and social media formats to keep our messaging fresh and relevant. · Contribute to the development of content strategies that drive engagement and brand recall. Qualifications: ü Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. ü 3-4 years of experience in copy writing, preferably in a marketing or educational setting. ü Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytelling and engaging different audiences. ü Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ü Experience with proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy and quality of content. ü Experience in scripting for video shoots and social media campaigns is highly desirable. ü Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is a plus.
