Regional Training Manager

Role Overview: As a State Training Manager in the Rural Banking department, your primary responsibility will be to deliver functional training to the State Business teams. You will collaborate closely with the Business team to understand and address their training needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Central Functional Training team to design product-related content for the sales force training needs. - Implement the training program in coordination with the state team. - Act as the custodian of the learning counts ideology. - Ensure all new joiners complete Chief Technology Officer (CTO) training within 45 days of joining. - Ensure all employees undergo functional, behavioral, and regulatory training at least once a year. - Enhance training content and delivery methodology based on ground feedback. - Address additional functional training needs such as excel skill workshops, email workshops, etc. - Ensure adherence to branch processes across products through regular refreshers/reinforcements for process excellence. - Coordinate with key stakeholders for logistic and infrastructural requirements for training program delivery. - Promote a culture of continuous learning within the Rural Bank state team. - Translate Rural Business operations into training deliverables for implementation across the branch network. - Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with strong logical thinking and analytical skills. - Capable of creating training content and enjoy deploying delivery. - Display people-oriented approach, good stakeholder management skills, and be a solution-oriented, collaborative team player. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors of Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
