Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new enterprise clients including large corporates, resellers, gifting companies, and institutional buyers

Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts

Develop customized product and pricing proposals to suit client needs

Collaborate with product and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and support

Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet/exceed monthly targets

Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and B2B meetings

Stay updated with competitor activity, market trends, and product innovations

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

1-3 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales in the mobile accessories, IT Hardware, Laptop bags or electronics industry

Strong network of corporate and institutional buyers in the Bangalore region

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
