Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow

  B2B retail sales

  within the assigned territory.

• Visit Stores in your assigned area.
  
• Drive sales across

  LFR chains, distributors, dealers, and retail partners.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  
• Expand market reach by onboarding new distributors and retail partners.
  
• Track and monitor

  secondary sales, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

• Execute

  trade marketing initiatives, in-store branding, and retail-level promotions.

• Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights, customer feedback, and assess merchandising standards.
  
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently across all assigned channels.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for demand forecasting, supply chain alignment, and new product launches.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  4-6 years of experience

  in B2B retail/channel sales (preferably in mobile accessories, electronics or Mobile Industry only).
• Strong understanding of

  LFR formats, channel distribution, and retail operations.

• Proven ability in

  sales growth, team handling, and negotiations.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within the region.
• Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field (

  MBA preferred

  ).
