Job Description

Lead and grow the bancassurance / banca-channel business by building strong partnerships with banks, setting and achieving revenue targets, and scaling a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities ::

  • Define and execute strategy for banca channel growth and revenue.
  • Manage P&L, sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
  • Build & maintain senior level relationships with partner banks.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team for high performance.
  • Ensure sales operations, compliance, and customer/partner experience are top quality.
  • Analyze market / competitive trends and adapt strategy accordingly.


Skills & Experience ::

  • 8-12+ years in sales / bancassurance / financial services, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven track record hitting stretch targets via partner / channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional alignment (product, legal, compliance etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory and risk environment for banking / insurance products.
