Job Description: Position Overview: The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new clients for our corporate gifting and gift card solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or gift card industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
