Profile

• Any Graduate with 2–7 years of proven work experience in Corporate Sales
• Preferred experience in Hotel or Hospitality Corporate Sales

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation abilities and business acumen
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate sales initiatives and acquire new business clients
• Manage corporate tie-ups and strategic accounts
• Generate leads and follow up through outbound calls and emails
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Conduct regular performance analysis and maintain reporting data
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to strategy planning and implementation with the sales leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience specifically in Hotel Corporate Sales or the Hospitality industry
