What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Hotel Management
• Candidates from IHM or Retail Operations backgrounds are preferred
• Strong leadership, supervision, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in

  English (mandatory)

  and Hindi
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (Email, MS Word, POS, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Centre operations and staff
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisals
• Resolve employee concerns in coordination with HR
