Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in operations management, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
Manage and train a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Experience with CRM software and teleperformance tools is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
