Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
  • Manage and train a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
