Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the assigned verticals, aligned with business objectives - Identify emerging markets, potential clients, and industry trends through in-depth market research and competitor analysis - Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, events, and referrals - Track and manage leads through CRM tools for efficient conversion - Acquire and onboard new corporate clients seamlessly and develop long-term client relationships - Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by monitoring and analyzing sales metrics - Make outbound calls to prospects, schedule meetings, and convert leads with compelling sales pitches and customized presentations - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on strategy, and share client feedback and market insights - Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and develop strategies to reduce the sales cycle and improve closing efficiency Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in Firebrick and Well Served verticals - Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management - Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation, especially in the Gurgaon market - Track record of consistently achieving/exceeding revenue targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously,
