Inventory Planning : Monitor and manage distributor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Market Coverage (Route Riding) : Regularly accompany distributors and sales teams on market visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and understand on-ground challenges. Product Availability & Visibility : Ensure product availability across all potential retail outlets with proper merchandising and visibility as per company standards. Performance Monitoring : Track distributor and sales team performance, and support in driving sales targets and KPIs. Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business growth. Travel Allowance is provided & PF Work Mode Remote
