Job Overview

Elite Manpower & Training Academy is seeking a Junior Corporate Recruiter for a full-time position at our headquarters in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. This role involves sourcing talent, conducting candidate screenings, arranging interviews, and aiding in onboarding processes, all within EMTA’s focus areas.


Qualifications and Skills

  • a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment processes, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges
  • proficiency in talent sourcing to identify potential candidates across the BFSI sector (Mandatory skill)
  • ability to efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers (Mandatory skill)
  • experience in candidate screening to ensure potential hires are thoroughly vetted (Mandatory skill)
  • knowledge of onboarding processes to support smooth transitions for new employees
  • expertise in job posting across various platforms to attract top talent
  • ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously


Roles and Responsibilities

  • identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
  • conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
  • manage interview scheduling and follow-ups with both candidates and hiring managers
  • support the onboarding process to ensure new hires settle into the company smoothly
  • assist with the preparation and posting of job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants
  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and staffing requirements
  • maintain a database of potential candidates for future role considerations
  • participate in recruitment events and workshops to promote the company's employer brand
