Job Summary

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency at the units.
Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives for the units.
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L statements and balance sheets at Hotel units.
Ensure that units adhere to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Travel to units and run complete analysis of financial operations of the units.
Assist the unit HOD's with the query, problems and suggestions related to financial challenges.
Monitor liquidity and ensure efficient fund allocation.
Leverage IDS financial systems for streamlined accounting and reporting at the units.

Requirements:

Bachelors or MBA in Finance (Preferred).
Minimum
07 years
in core finance operations with reputed hospitality brands.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Strong understanding of IDS Systems & financial management tools.
Strong knowledge of MS office suite and Data visualization.
Should be open to travel extensively Pan India or abroad.
