Corporate Finance Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager in Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will play a crucial role in managing investor reporting, developing financial models, and providing strategic support to senior leadership. Additionally, you will mentor the finance team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize Salesforce for financial reporting and data management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Manage investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with investor requirements. - Develop and maintain financial models to support fundraising, portfolio monitoring, and strategic decision-making. - Provide strategic support to senior leadership on capital allocation, M&A opportunities, and business expansion plans. - Oversee and mentor the finance team, driving efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and finance processes. - Utilize Salesforce for financial reporting, investor communication, and data management (preferred). Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, with strong team management exposure. - Prior experience in Private Equity (corporate finance / investor reporting / portfolio management) is mandatory. - Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.,
