Urgent Hiring in Genpact Corporate Communications Specialist

Permanent role

Locations open: Bangalore (Genpact Prestige Park office) & Hyderabad (Genpact Hafeez pet office)

Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Work Mode: RTO

About the Role

Corporate Communications Specialist

This role requires a creative storyteller with strategic thinking and excellent writing skills who can translate complex ideas into impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with business goals.
Create content for press releases, leadership messages, newsletters, and digital channels.
Manage media relations and coordinate with journalists and publications.
Support executive communications such as speeches, presentations, and thought leadership.
Handle reputation management and crisis communications when required.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging.
Monitor and report communication impact and suggest improvements.
