Overview Summary The Partner Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with Partner Marketing and Field Marketing to provide administrative marketing support of Co-Op/MDF activity submissions, approvals, and claims with manufacturer partners, maximizing the recognized investment of partner program dollars. Shift: Night Shift (6pm - 3am) Rotational Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SBC (Session Border Controller) Specialist to join our telecom and voice infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VoIP/SIP protocols , SBC configuration and troubleshooting , and telecom circuit integration . Experience with Ribbon/Sonus , Audiocodes platforms is essential, along with familiarity in CenturyLink/Lumen circuit provisioning and UTS (Unified Transport System) . Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Session Border Controllers (SBCs) including Ribbon/Sonus , Audiocodes platforms. Provide expert-level support for VoIP/SIP-based communication systems and resolve complex call flow and signaling issues. Integrate SBCs with telecom carriers and enterprise voice infrastructure. Provision and manage CenturyLink/Lumen circuits and maintain C1 UTS/Circuit Management systems. Collaborate with telecom providers and internal teams to ensure seamless voice service delivery. Monitor SBC performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation of SBC configurations, call flows, and circuit inventories. Participate in voice network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning. Provide on-call support and respond to critical voice infrastructure incidents. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Ribbon/Sonus SBCs , Audiocodes SBC solutions . In-depth knowledge of VoIP/SIP protocols , call routing, and media handling. Experience with telecom integration , including CenturyLink/Lumen circuit provisioning . Familiarity with UTS (Unified Transport System) and C1 circuit management tools. Basic working knowledge of Juniper networking is a plus. Ability to analyze SIP traces and troubleshoot signaling issues using tools like Wireshark or SBC logs.
