Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain CRM-integrated applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Customize and extend CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM) through plugins, workflows, and custom APIs.
Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications and internal systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM integrations.
Ensure data integrity and security in CRM-related applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration patterns.
Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries/stored procedures.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other low-code platforms.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
