Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and creative Corporate Communications Specialist experienced in both internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic brand messaging, developing impactful content, and ensuring communication consistency across various touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing, and HR to bring our brand story to life in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: - Develop high-quality written and visual communication assets like newsletters, website content, social media posts, emailers, and presentations. - Create engaging case studies, blogs, and video scripts to simplify complex business and technology narratives. - Partner with designers and agencies to deliver creative campaigns that reinforce brand identity. - Internal Communications: - Design and execute high-engagement internal campaigns to strengthen organizational culture and alignment. - Collaborate with HR to maintain consistent and inspiring internal messaging across platforms. - External & Digital Communications: - Manage social media channels to establish thought leadership and enhance brand visibility. - Analyze performance metrics for assessing and optimizing engagement and reach. - Support PR initiatives and corporate announcements with compelling communication strategies. - Campaign & Project Management: - Oversee end-to-end communication rollouts to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery. - Maintain detailed content calendars to facilitate seamless coordination across teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English (MBA preferred). - Proven expertise in internal and external communications, brand storytelling, and digital engagement. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar. - Ability to translate technical information into clear, audience-friendly communication. - A collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented professional.
