Corporate Communications Specialist

We are looking for energetic and dynamic professional to support the groups Corporate Communications activities. The candidate will be based in Chennai. This is an individual contributor role, with a minimum of 8 - 12 years of work experience, will leverage their strong language and communication skills, ability to execute simple designs and creatives, and coordination with agencies and vendors.

• Content Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with long-term marketing goals, drive organic traffic, and generate leads.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, design, product development, sales, and executive teams to ensure all content initiatives are integrated and support overall business objectives.

• Industry Expertise:

  Act as a subject matter expert, researching complex industry topics and translating them into clear, authoritative, and accessible content for target audiences.

• Process Improvement:

  Implement and maintain efficient content workflows, style guides, and documentation to ensure scalable and high-quality content production.
• Create content—marketing/Communications material for various businesses & internal/external communications activities across the group.
• Must be hands-on with the ability (and ideas) to create designs/layouts

  using Canva

  /Adobe
• Must have a passion to write and create visuals – a candidate with the maturity to handle urgent deliveries, when you need to think on your feet and do the task.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Content Strategist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work demonstrating measurable results (e.g., increased organic traffic, conversion rates).

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is preferred, though a strong portfolio and experience can outweigh this.

• Writing & Editing:

  Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable command of grammar, style, and tone.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems

• Soft Skills:

  Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
