Job Summary
The
Senior Manager – Revenue Cycle Managed Services
is responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations for healthcare provider clients. This role ensures efficient management of revenue cycle services including patient access, billing, coding, charge capture, accounts receivable (A/R), and collections. The Senior Manager leads service delivery teams, ensures client satisfaction, drives process improvement, and supports financial performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering high-quality services.
- Conduct regular client review meetings to present KPIs, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of revenue cycle services, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce denials, days in A/R, and cost to collect.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance and client satisfaction.
- Partner with technology and analytics teams to implement automation, reporting tools, and system enhancements.
Performance Management
- Monitor key revenue cycle metrics (e.g., cash collections, denial rates, aging, DNFB, bad debt).

Compliance & Quality Assurance
