Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinator head at TutorX in Gurugram. The Coordinator head will be responsible for managing and coordinating 1-to-1 online tutoring sessions, communicating with tutors and students, scheduling sessions, Quality Assurance, Student and Tutor Support, Attendance and Performance Tracking, Data Analysis and Reporting and ensuring a smooth learning experience for all participants.

Salary bracket 25-35k monthly

Core Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate live tutoring sessions
• Monitor sessions to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines
• Provide real-time technical support and escalate issues to IT when needed
• Maintain and update teaching resources
• Assist with tutor and student onboarding and platform support
• Track attendance, performance, and session feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Generate periodic performance and engagement reports

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
• Ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech
• Familiarity with online platforms and EdTech tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
