The role focuses on promoting and selling our range of seasonings and syrups to chefs, F&B managers, distributors, and other key decision-makers. Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and caterers. Promote and sell seasonings and syrups , ensuring product placement and usage in client menus. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Conduct regular product demos, sampling, and menu presentations with chefs and kitchen staff. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain team for order fulfillment, promotional activities, and stock planning. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in HoReCa sales, preferably in the food & beverage or ingredients sector. Existing network and strong relationships in the HoReCa industry is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for food and understanding of culinary applications is preferred. Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach.
