We offer personally tailored 1-on-1 tutoring sessions for K-12 and professional courses, providing online tutoring services to students in 15+ countries.


Role Description


Key Responsibilities:


1. Tutor Recruitment & Training:

  • Lead tutor hiring, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Deliver initial and ongoing training on company policies, tutoring tools, and best practices.
  • Organize workshops and continuous learning sessions to enhance teaching skills.



2. Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor live/recorded sessions to ensure teaching quality and compliance with standards.
  • Provide regular feedback, set performance goals, and recognize high performers.
  • Analyze student feedback to address concerns and improve services.



3. Operational Management:

  • Oversee tutor scheduling to maximize efficiency and meet student demand.
  • Ensure tutors have required resources and support.
  • Collaborate with tech, curriculum, and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.



4. Curriculum & Content Oversight:

  • Work closely with curriculum developers to align academic content with student needs.
  • Ensure effective online delivery of educational material.



5. Student & Parent Engagement:

  • Oversee student progress tracking and ensure timely reporting to parents.
  • Handle escalations from students and parents, ensuring prompt resolution.



6. Strategic Planning & Growth:

  • Set team goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement tutor retention initiatives including incentives and growth opportunities.
  • Recommend innovative tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance tutoring services.



7. Compliance & Ethical Standards:

  • Enforce company policies and privacy regulations.
  • Foster an ethical, professional, and positive work culture.




Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum [1-2] years of experience in tutor management, academic operations, or EdTech leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of online education tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and mentor diverse teams.
  • Experience in education or tutoring
  • Organizational and managerial abilities
  • Knowledge of educational best practices
