Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tutor Head located in Gurugram. The Tutor Head will oversee the coordination and management of tutoring programs, ensure the quality of tutoring services, mentor and train tutors, and develop strategies to enhance academic outcomes. Additionally, the role involves monitoring student progress, collaborating with educational stakeholders, and implementing best practices in tutoring.

Salary Bracket- 4.20 LPA-6LPA

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in curriculum development and educational strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and train tutors effectively
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
• Relevant experience in K-12 and professional course tutoring
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
