Job Description

As the NAAC Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all activities related to NAAC accreditation and assessment processes. Your role will involve data compilation, documentation management, report preparation, and coordinating with various committees and departments to ensure timely submission of required information. Key Responsibilities: - Documentation & Report Preparation - Prepare all mandatory NAAC-related reports including SSR, AQAR, DVV Clarifications, and supporting documents. - Draft, proofread, and finalize reports as per NAAC formats and guidelines. - Maintain updated documentation for all criteria throughout the academic year. - Data Collection & Compilation - Collect, verify, and compile data from all departments, committees, and administrative units. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data submitted for accreditation. - Maintain a structured repository of documents, records, and evidence. - Coordination & Communication - Coordinate with IQAC members, criteria heads, faculty coordinators, and administrative staff. - Facilitate communication between the institution and NAAC authorities. - Organize meetings, follow-up sessions, and review discussions with concerned departments. - Presentation & Committee Support - Prepare data presentations, charts, and summaries for NAAC meetings and internal review committees. - Support committees during internal audits, peer team visits, and assessment processes. - Assist in preparing presentations for NAAC peer team and institutional stakeholders. - Process Management & Compliance - Ensure compliance with NAAC norms, guidelines, and timelines. - Monitor progress of each criterion and maintain status reports. - Coordinate activities for quality enhancement initiatives under IQAC. - Additional Supporting Roles - Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to accreditation. - Support IQAC in documentation of best practices and institutional distinctiveness. - Contribute to continuous improvement of academic and administrative processes.
