1. Labour Management: Daily attendance monitoring and workforce allocation per site and scope. Track and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization as per project schedule. Maintain daily labour strength and submit reports to reporting head.
2. Site Coordination: Coordinate with client's purchase team to understand labour requirements. Resolve day-to-day issues related to labour performance, conduct, or grievances. Ensure proper documentation like gate passes, ID cards, Aadhar cards, etc.
3. Work Supervision & Discipline: Ensure that labourers follow instructions, site protocols, and timelines. Escalate absenteeism, poor performance, or disciplinary issues to reporting head.
4. Billing & Records: Keep records of work done, manpower deployed, and progress on daily/weekly basis. Coordinate with company representatives for work completion records for billing.
5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure PPE usage and site safety practices. Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safety compliance reports.
6.Functions Related to Service: Checking supply payment status with accounts. Installation ,manpower planning informing and providing all technical details to site team. Site technician travel planning and booking Provision of advance payment and transfer to technicians accounts . Arranging manpower for site work . Communication with client for site clearance and necessary documents. Daily Monitoring of site installation work Technical support to site team. Support for IQ DQ documentation work at site. Installation report collection.
7.Validation: Validation clearance from client. Submission of commissioning or hand over report to client.
Basic Excel knowledge is required.
