Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Continental Chef to join our team in the Hotels and Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Continental Chef or Commis in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering high-quality cuisine and exceptional customer service.
