Content Writer

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for owning and growing a specific content vertical. You will craft compelling, engaging, grammatically accurate content across formats including articles, blogs, platform content, and SEO-driven stories. The role requires creativity, strategic content thinking, strong execution discipline, and an ability to convert insights into powerful digital communication.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital publishing, content marketing, or media writing
• Hands-on experience in performance tracking, analytics tools, and dashboards
• Passionate about content with a genuine desire to create meaningful digital impact
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, non-structured environments
• Interest in domains like F&B, hospitality, home services, careers, finance, education, auto-tech, travel, FMCG, entertainment and more
• Proven ability to execute large volumes of high-quality SEO-compliant content
• Strong grammar, language sense, and willingness to evolve writing styles as required
• Prior experience in digital publishing / media / e-commerce content preferred
• Ability to thrive in high-execution environments and switch to Plan-B without losing outcomes
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, proofread, and publish accurate, engaging, and high-quality content across multiple content formats
• Develop SEO-aligned content, trending stories, and performance-driven narratives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideation, and content strategy discussions
• Manage daily publishing cycles, uploads, and go-live schedules as per desk assignment
• Create structured content programs designed to build competitive advantage
• Ensure content originality, authenticity, and plagiarism-free execution
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors/agencies for images, assets, and media requirements
• Track SEO performance via analytics tools and make data-backed content decisions
• Work closely with Marketing, SEO, Product, and Social Media teams to amplify content impact
• Support video and visual content production where required
• Collaborate with Product teams to resolve UI/UX or CMS-related content experience issues
• Train interns and junior writers on editorial standards, writing guidelines, and strategy execution
