Content Writer and Editor

About the Role:
We are a dynamic real estate firm looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer & Editor to join our marketing team in Gurgaon. This role is designed for someone who doesn't just write—but understands how to use content to engage, educate, and acquire high-value clients in the Delhi-NCR real estate market. If you have a flair for storytelling, deep market insight, and a results-driven mindset, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, website copy, newsletters, brochures) that highlights our projects and establishes thought leadership in Delhi-NCR real estate.
• Develop compelling client-centric content aimed at generating leads—including case studies, market reports, locality guides, and investor-focused materials.
• Edit and proofread all marketing collateral to ensure clarity, brand consistency, and accuracy of real estate data and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing teams to align content strategy with client acquisition goals.
• Stay updated on Delhi-NCR property trends, regulatory changes, infrastructure developments, and competitor content to keep our messaging relevant and persuasive.
• Manage content calendars, ensure timely publication, and track content performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions).
• Craft email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional copies that drive inquiries and nurture prospect relationships.

Requirements:

• Must-Have:
• 6 Months to 1 years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in real estate, property tech, or related domains.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Delhi-NCR real estate—knowledge of micro-markets, pricing, amenities, and buyer sentiments.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to write persuasive, research-backed, and client-focused content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and basic CMS tools (WordPress, etc.).
• Good-to-Have:
• Experience using content to generate leads or support sales teams.
• Knowledge of real estate legalities, RERA, and investment-related terminology.
• Basic graphic design or video scripting skills.
