1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
o Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their property rental and leasing needs.
o Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
o Execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants. o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Process Management:
o Conduct property showings and presentations to potential tenants. o Negotiate lease agreements and assist in closing deals efficiently.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and property management services.
4. Market Awareness:
o Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. o Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular sales updates and performance reports for management review.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and comply with company standards.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and upkeep of properties.
Tenant Relations: Address tenant issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant communications. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on property conditions and maintenance activities.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on property management trends and provide insights to improve operations.
Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations promptly and coordinate with relevant authorities and teams to resolve issues. Requirements
Education: Minimum of diploma.
Experience: Fresher or Prior experience in property management
