About The Opportunity

Primary job title (standardized): Content Moderator

Location:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Apply platform policies consistently: accept, remove, label, or escalate content with clear rationale and documentation.
• Operate moderation and CMS platforms as well as AI-assisted tools to triage content and meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Tag, categorize, and annotate content to support model training datasets and improve automated detection accuracy.
• Escalate sensitive, potentially illegal, or high-risk incidents to Trust & Safety leads and follow established escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs and produce quality reports; contribute feedback to refine policies and moderation playbooks.
