Content Reviewer

Role: Quality Reviewer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Reviewer to ensure that

all digital content and materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and

usability. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, instructional

design, or eLearning development, with a strong focus on reviewing and refining digital

educational content. As a Quality Reviewer, you will work closely with instructional

designers, content developers and subject matter experts to identify and resolve issues,

ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Conduct thorough reviews of e-learning modules, courses, and materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instructional design best practices and organizational standards.
• Identify and report errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in content, including grammar, spelling, formatting, multimedia elements, and overall user experience.
• Perform usability testing to ensure e-learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and functions correctly across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues related to user experience and interface design.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement to content developers and instructional designers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the content development lifecycle.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss quality metrics, challenges, and improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews, including issues identified, corrective actions taken, and overall content quality assessments.
• Generate reports on content quality metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience

3+ years of experience in quality assurance, content review, or a related role in the e-

learning industry

Educational Background

Bachelors/Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, or a related

field.
