Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Content and SEO Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to translate insights into measurable traffic and ranking improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis

* Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for improved rankings and user experience

* Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

* Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices

* Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI

* Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house)

* Strong understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and performance optimization

* Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

* Knowledge of content SEO and link-building strategies

* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have

* Experience in EdTech, AI, or technology-driven domains

* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

* Exposure to CRO and performance marketing is a plus
