The Role

Content Manager

You’ll manage our website and blog, plan and execute our content calendar, and collaborate with our marketing and product teams to publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives traffic, leads, and authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Write and edit high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and website content aligned with SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize existing pages for improved ranking, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing leads to improve user experience and content flow across the site.
• Track performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) and refine strategy accordingly.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels (web, blog, email, social, etc.).
• Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and new content tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, SEO, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and optimized content for B2B SaaS or tech audiences.
• Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with AI content tools, lead magnets, or conversion copywriting.
