Education: Master’s degree in public policy, Development Studies, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in migration, social development -related projects, project/stakeholder coordination, partnerships, preferably with international organizations (e.g., IOM, UN agencies). Desired Skills: Proven experience in monitoring community-oriented interventions, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building at state and city levels. Strong understanding of government systems, donor-funded projects, and community-based implementation. Working knowledge of MS Office, strong organizational, analytical, and report-writing abilities. Problem-solving skills sometimes with minimal supervision. Language: Fluency in Hindi and English (proficiency in spoken Punjabi would be an asset) Travel required: Willingness to travel extensively between Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana.
