*Job Title: Construction Project Manager* Project Location:  Sanidhya (Moti devati) Or Sarathya West (Shela) *Job Type: * Full-Time *Reports To: * Owner *Job Summary: * We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   A Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. The role involves managing various aspects of construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to safety and quality standards. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Scheduling: -Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. -Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 2. Resource Management: -Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. -Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. 3. Budget Management: -Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control. -Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints. 4. Risk Management: -Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 5. Stakeholder Communication: -Act as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. -Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. 6. Quality Assurance & Control: -Ensure that construction meets design specifications, codes, and quality standards. -Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues as they arise. 7. Documentation & Reporting: -Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. -Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. PMP or similar certification is a plus. --- Work Environment: Primarily on construction sites, with occasional office-based tasks. May require working extended hours, weekends, or holidays to meet project deadlines.
