Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Management

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for township infrastructure and high-rise towers.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and contractors.
• Coordinate structural, finishing, façade, and MEP works to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor productivity and ensure optimal manpower, machinery, and material deployment.
  

Project Planning & Coordination

• Work closely with the Planning Manager to align execution with baseline schedules.
• Interface with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Identify potential delays and implement mitigation or recovery action plans.
• Hold daily/weekly progress meetings to track work fronts and resolve bottlenecks.
  

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols, IS codes, and approved method statements.
• Conduct site audits and enforce quality-check processes across all trades.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
• Promote a safety-first culture among workers and subcontractors.
  

Material & Resource Management

• Monitor material requirement forecasts and coordinate with procurement for timely supplies.
• Verify quality and quantity of received materials.
• Optimize resource allocation and reduce wastage.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, site logs, and daily reports.
• Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Support billing teams with measurement verification and work certification.
  

Special Focus Areas

• High-rise tower execution including core-wall construction, structural cycles, MEP verticals, façade systems, and premium finishing.
• Township development works such as roads, utilities, STP/WTP, landscaping, amenities, and infrastructure.
• Managing multiple phases/towers simultaneously.
  

Job Expectations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in construction management for high-rise luxury projects and townships.
• Strong understanding of structural, finishing, MEP, and infra works.
• Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multi-disciplinary operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Pune-based or willing to relocate; must be open to travel
