Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Engineer Spare Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of spare parts for our range of construction equipment. The Sales Engineer will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing them with expert advice, product knowledge, and exceptional service to enhance their operational efficiencies.

To contact end customers, assemblers, and dealers in the assigned territory and promote Polyhose products through application selling in the construction equipment industry, steel plants, other process industries, and mining segments. Coordinate with the dealer network for new customer development, order booking, and on-time collections. Extensive travel required in the assigned territory.

Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI), Mean Time to Repair(MTTR).Following up on pre-delivery inspections (PDI), installations, delivery challans (DC).Leading a team of over 20 service technicians/engineers
