Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities:• Monitoring dealer penetration in relation to the branch• Closely work with the manager on various customer retention activities • Periodically update the Branch Manager on all branch business status, reports, MIS data and dealer TAT report• Ensuring all pending RC status, invoices, insurance renewals are collected and update the concerned executives and Branch Manager • Coordinate with the insurance company on the claim status and update the customers• Ensuring all documents maintained and comply on necessary reports as required by internal auditors and statutory compliance• Coordinate with the sales team in selling the repossessed vehicles• Periodically review and follow up with the respective team on all pending disbursement cases • Provide necessary support in arrangements for all marketing activities and sales promotional event • Follow up activity in reference to 60DPD cases as instructed by Branch Manager Preferred candidate profile
