Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and manage our dealers in the Raipur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with dealerships, and achieving sales targets for our range of construction equipment, specifically Backhoe Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders. Key Responsibilities: Dealership Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team of the dealership. Work closely with the dealer to align sales strategies and ensure effective execution. Monitor and drive the sales team's performance to achieve set targets and objectives. Direct Sales: Conduct daily visits to potential and existing customers to generate inquiries. Prepare and send detailed offers, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner. Maintain a proactive approach to achieving yearly sales targets through effective pipeline management. Relationship Building with Financiers: Regularly meet and follow up with financiers to discuss ongoing cases and potential collaborations. Establish and nurture strong relationships with financiers to facilitate smooth financing processes for customers. Dealership Collaboration: Collaborate with the dealership to enhance brand visibility and execute marketing activities. Conduct monthly review meetings with the dealership to evaluate performance and plan strategies. Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Consistently meet with key accounts to generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Product Expertise: Thorough understanding of Backhoe Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders, including their technical specifications, applications, and customer benefits. Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Relationship-building skills with customers and partners. Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activities. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
