Job Title: Compliance Manager

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Coimbatore/Cochin

Industry: Manufacturing / Luxury / Retail Sector (Preferably with exposure to internal audits, risk, or compliance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
• Manage the compliance framework including documentation, audit trails, and internal processes.
• Develop and review company policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and address potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with different departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance alignment.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (SEBI, RBI, GST, labor laws, etc.)
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulators as needed.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,402.82 - ₹68,637.68 per month
