Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Policy Development and Implementation:

· Making Balance Sheet, ITR, GST, ROC & Income Tax Filling

Creating, updating, and implementing company policies, rules, and regulations related to compliance.

· Risk Management:

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential compliance risks through various strategies.

· Monitoring and Auditing:

Regularly monitoring business operations, conducting audits, and reviewing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.

· Training and Education:

Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.

· Advisory Role:

Providing guidance and advice to management and other departments on compliance-related matters.

· Reporting:

Preparing and presenting reports on compliance activities to senior management.

Specific examples of tasks may include:

· Developing and maintaining a compliance calendar to track deadlines and reporting requirements.

· Conducting due diligence on potential business partners.

· Reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

· Investigating potential compliance violations and recommending corrective actions.

· Staying up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations that affect the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
