Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a QMS Manager who can take full ownership of our Quality Management System. The role requires someone who understands manufacturing operations, can maintain compliance, and drive consistent quality across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits; prepare for external audits.
• Identify process gaps and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents.
• Monitor quality metrics and present reports to management.
• Train employees on QMS requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Quality Management, ISO 9001, internal audits, and CAPA.
• Skills: Knowledge of ISO standards, QMS software, SPC, and quality metrics.
• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma preferred.
• Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
