Position: R&D Manager – Bromine Derivatives Company: Jagannath Halogen Pvt Ltd. Location: Kharaghoda, Surendranagar, Gujarat Interview Location: Our HQ in Jaipur Experience Required: 4 to 10 years Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry About Us: JHPL is a leading chemical manufacturing company in Gujarat, known for producing high-quality Bromine and Magnesium Chloride . We’re expanding our product line and planning to launch: 1. Hydrobromic Acid 2. Calcium Bromide 3. Sodium Bromide Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced R&D Manager to lead the creation of these new bromine-based chemical products. You will play a key role in the entire development cycle, including: Step 1: Feasibility Analysis – Assess raw material availability, technical viability & cost-effectiveness Step 2: Lab Scale Production – Develop formulations, and test quality & performance in lab setup. Step 3: Toll Manufacturing – Find and Work with manufacturing partners for scale-up Step 4: Plant Setup – Assist in setting up the facility for full-scale production Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior hands-on experience with Hydrobromic Acid, Calcium Bromide, or Sodium Bromide Strong knowledge of bromine chemistry Comfortable with lab and plant operations Open to relocating to Kharaghoda, Gujarat Why Join Us?
